“Tour was good, info before was bad. We were told we would be picked up at 7:50am on the day before we left at 5pm. At 9:10 pm we got a new email saying they would now pick us up at 7am. I didn't see the email till 3am that morning. I had to wake everybody early and get them up. Also they told us one price for the tickets, then changed the price days later and would not accept the prices quoted. Had to run around to find the money for the new price. Keep things consistent!!”

“We had Adolfo for our guide yesterday - he was funny, kind, and respectful of what everyone wanted to do! We had so much fun all day. Definitely buy water shoes ahead of time and bring a waterproof camera or phone case to take your own photos! No need for sunscreen under the tree cover, in fact, you have to wash it off at the start of the day so as to not pollute the cenote water that the locals drink from. No bugs bothered us. We loved seeing the arch and the fun boat ride out, the jet skis were thrilling and the guys on the boat kept a watchful eye on us in case we needed help. “Beto was a fantastic guide, it was a very early start from Cancun but it was worth arriving at Chichén Itzá right when it opened. It was a roughly three hour plus trip each way factoring in stopping for pickup/drop off for other members of the tour group. Once there we had some time to explore the site on our own and some time afterwards for a very informational guided tour. Lunch buffet in Kaua was filling which was all I was expecting and FYI drinks are an additional cost.”
