“The experience was exactly what we needed. Perfect weather, crystal clear water. We saw everything we wanted without obstacles or murky water. The tour guide Ruben and our photographer Max were splendid. The Cenote was beautiful and clear water, the empanadas were delicious and the tequila shot with a cricket was a new cultural experience but we did it. Best humored tour guides we ever had. Definitely coming back to do this again.”

“You need to be able to swim and traverse the uneven paths. The ruins have many steps, some of it is ok for a scooter, but walking is involved. At the beach a boat will take you out to a destination and drop you off. A person SHOULD know how to swim even though life jackets are provided. You are not allowed to use fins/flippers. The swimming portion is a smaller group than other companies so you are able to enjoy seeing the turtles w/o fear of being kicked by others. The lunch is very good. It was fresh and delicious for our taste. Sophia and Edgar were excellent hosts.”

“You need to know how to swim well. It was absolutely amazing and worth every minute! Pick the morning tour to go with the smaller group. They have a photographer with you if you don't have an underwater camera and you can purchase the photos and/or video as well. The entire experience and crew is amazing! Gracias!”

“Great experience! Just enough time at each place. Our tour guide Iker and our driver Luis were fantastic! Very informative and we knew what to expect every step of the way. You have to shower at the cenote site before going in- the water is COLD. Be ready! The snorkeling part you are driven out to the starting spot, jump off the boat and you swim back to the beach. We saw plenty of turtles along the way. Just know there is swimming involved. It’s not jump out, snorkel and get back in the boat. We saw a HUGE stingray and many turtles. “Not a turtle sanctuary! We didn’t see any turtles but a great snorkeling experience. We loved the dock pickup option. Times are loose guidelines but they provided text communications when they were close. We had a 9 month old baby with us so they were great for allowing us to bring her with us and very nice about her joining us on the boat. Very nice staff and all in a great experience! Photos available for purchase and the docking fee and the marine fee mean lots of expenses outside of the original price. We saw a nurse shark and the video of it was very cool!”

“We arrived at the check-in early. Once our full group was there, we proceeded down to the dock. We were told that we had about a 10 minute wait before the catamaran would show up. It was roughly a half an hour before it showed up and they had us lineup to get on the boat. After a few minutes, they asked us all to sit back down because there was a problem with the motor. The gentleman drove away in the boat and we were told a “faster boat” would come and take us to the turtle sanctuary. Once again we were told it would be a 10 minute…”

“This was an amazing trip; well organized with an excellent tour guide who did all the activities with us. We loved covering all 3 experiences in one day. Only downside is that we were very hungry after 6 hours and felt that a snack after the 1st excursion (that we didn't like) wasn't enough; we would have preferred a sandwich and fruit after the 2nd excursion. Having lunch at the end of the day on the beach was welcomed and delicious!”

“I had to leave the resort and go on the main road to get picked up. They don’t come to the resort. So keep that in mind that you might have to walk a fair bit. Otherwise it was great and I was super close to giant turtles.”
