We arrived with enough time for the ship’s departure and as soon as we started the tour he assured me that we’d be perfect on schedule. The tequila tasting was super interesting and fun and the ATVs were great and exciting. We were also welcomed with a complimentary Paloma. The beach resort was a little under whelming but the food was good there.”

“Not a turtle sanctuary! We didn’t see any turtles but a great snorkeling experience. We loved the dock pickup option. Times are loose guidelines but they provided text communications when they were close. We had a 9 month old baby with us so they were great for allowing us to bring her with us and very nice about her joining us on the boat. Very nice staff and all in a great experience! Photos available for purchase and the docking fee and the marine fee mean lots of expenses outside of the original price. We saw a nurse shark and the video of it was very cool!”

No waiting for other people, or crowded tour, and a personalized experience based on our interests. Our guide, Alejandra was absolutely amazing and gave us the very best Cozumel experience. Our snorkel master and waiters at the beach cub were also phenomenal. We may only book private excursions moving forward if they are anything like this experience. Thank you for making our trip so amazing Alejandra! 🥰”

We learned about and were treated to carnitas, fresh cerviche and fried fish, Lima chicken soup, Conche, shrimp, & octopus tacos. Some of the best food we’ve had in Mexico. We also stopped at a local market. Fresh fruit, nuts, vegetables, & meat. In addition to other local items. Lastly treated to a local bakery where they bake in a wood oven. Highly recommend that you take the time to learn about the food & culture that’s off the beaten path.”

“We arrived at the check-in early. Once our full group was there, we proceeded down to the dock. We were told that we had about a 10 minute wait before the catamaran would show up. It was roughly a half an hour before it showed up and they had us lineup to get on the boat. After a few minutes, they asked us all to sit back down because there was a problem with the motor. The gentleman drove away in the boat and we were told a “faster boat” would come and take us to the turtle sanctuary. Once again we were told it would be a 10 minute…”

I cannot say enough about our crew, Captain David Ali, Victor & Eric went above & beyond all of our expectations. Our ages ranged from 13 to 79. The boat is beautiful & comfortable. The views were amazing. We saw every shade of blue in the water. They made us all feel safe and calm during snorkeling even though we had newbies and some choppy water.
