Sail from Cancun to Isla Mujeres with open bar, snorkel stop, lunch onboard, and free island time plus hotel pickup.

“After multiple phone calls and an hour after our given pick up time, we were told the tour company had been and tried to pick us up from the main lobby and we hadn't been there. We had been waiting at the main lobby as per the pick up instructions we had been sent since 6.45am and had a full view of every vehicle that came in to the hotel forecourt, so this was not true. No calls to verify where we were, nothing. We had to fight with Viator to get our money back as they claimed we were the ones at fault, but eventually because of the evidence…”

“First of all, the staff was what made this experience so wonderful. They were all absolutely the best. The catamaran was beautiful, big and comfortable. The snorkeling was beautiful although very crowded but it is a very special place so that was no surprise. We had a great time on the island thanks to the guide’s recommendations to go to the north beach. The beach club was my least favorite part and I could have done without but we still had a great time. I would do this tour again and will recommend it to anyone who will be traveling to Cancun.”

“It started with our transport driver being late picking us up and taking our picture when we got in the vehicle. This was unsettling because we were 2 single ladies traveling alone. When we arrived at the marina another staff took another picture. Our excursion was scheduled for 10am and were late leaving. It was well after 11am before we left the marina. One of the engines on the boat broke while we were on our way to the destination and it took an extremely long time to get there which cut our time down at the beach club. Food at the beach club was subpar. When the excursion was…”

“Be careful with pick up. Viator did not communicate with Cabo Adventures and while I thought I had arranged pick up (according to Viator) Cabo Adventures did not. have it. Glad I called to confirm. Other than that, the tour was average. We saw a few whales from a distance but nothing spectacular.”

There were a lot of other people snorkeling at the same time as us but the crew made sure we were all doing ok. The lunch was nothing special but it was fine and there were plenty of drinks available throughout the trip. We really enjoyed the downtown area of Isla Mujeres.”

“I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this excursion. Unfortunately, I hate to leave a negative review, but this is my second time booking this activity, and once again, the experience was disappointing—this time with a different friend. One thing that stood out was the pattern of asking everyone to introduce themselves and mention where they were from. While I’m not sure if this is done to cater to a specific group, my friend and I once again felt ignored. It was disheartening to see everyone else receive attention while we were overlooked. The biggest letdown, however, was the "unlimited drinks" claim. Everyone…”

“Absolutely wonderful experience. We are now ruined for other excursions. This was an extraordinary day we will never forget. I cannot say enough about our crew, Captain David Ali, Victor & Eric went above & beyond all of our expectations. Our ages ranged from 13 to 79. The boat is beautiful & comfortable. The views were amazing. We saw every shade of blue in the water. They made us all feel safe and calm during snorkeling even though we had newbies and some choppy water. We swam with fish all around us, saw sea turtles, starfish, stingrays and even a baby shark in a cave. The drinks were great and the…”
