“The guide Luis and driver Juan did a wonderful job. My 2-star rating is a reflection of the itinerary itself. We departed Cancun at 9 AM and right at the start of the trip, we wasted 3-plus hours (by design) in a tourist trap called KAUA which should have been totally avoided. Hence we reached Chichen Itza only at 2 PM and then it was all ramble scramble. By the time we finished Oxman Cenote and reached Valladoid it was well past 6 pm EST. Valladoid is an interesting place and we could have easily spent 2 hours exploring the town. Instead we were hustled through there in 30 minutes…”
