“Excellent communication - it took us quite a while to get our checked bags and our driver patiently waited at least 30-40mins without ever making us feel rushed. Our driver, Rodolfo, kept checking in and gave very clear directions on how to find him. Rodolfo was kind and attentive during our trip from the airport to our hotel and offered us cold beverages the whole time. I cannot recommend enough, very happy we booked with this company! “That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

I thought the whole point of giving them our arrival time meant there would be someone there to pick us up. There was another couple going to the same resort so maybe a van should've picked us close to our arrival time. Our designated time given by Epic Shuttle to pick up on the way back was punctual.”
