The staff was fantastic, Jimena was with us all day and was absolutely lovely, they made my birthday feel extra special. Flying over the pyramids in a hot air balloon was a once in a lifetime experience, cannot praise this enough. I will be talking about this for years!”

“It was an amazing time visiting the pyramids. The bus there was new, clean and well maintained. Our guide Diana was upbeat, very knowledgeable and lovely. She walked us through the entire site explaining to us all the history as we walked. You do need to be able to keep up physically and do a lot of steps. It was a very memorable day.”

“Tour was good, info before was bad. We were told we would be picked up at 7:50am on the day before we left at 5pm. At 9:10 pm we got a new email saying they would now pick us up at 7am. I didn't see the email till 3am that morning. I had to wake everybody early and get them up. Also they told us one price for the tickets, then changed the price days later and would not accept the prices quoted. Had to run around to find the money for the new price. Keep things consistent!!”

“You need to be able to swim and traverse the uneven paths. The ruins have many steps, some of it is ok for a scooter, but walking is involved. At the beach a boat will take you out to a destination and drop you off. A person SHOULD know how to swim even though life jackets are provided. You are not allowed to use fins/flippers. The swimming portion is a smaller group than other companies so you are able to enjoy seeing the turtles w/o fear of being kicked by others. The lunch is very good. It was fresh and delicious for our taste. Sophia and Edgar were excellent hosts.”

“Our experience was mixed. The balloon ride itself was amazing and we could not fault the ride itself. The views were fantastic and it was a really special experience. Unfortunately the organisation of the day really let the experience down for the following reasons. 1. We had to leave at 5am to wait 2.5hrs in the freezing cold. This was really frustrating for the whole group, everyone was uncomfortably cold and tired. 2. After the balloon ride the sparking wine toast was actually just sparking apple juice… 3. The liquor tasting was x3 1/3 of a shot. Not something to be advertised as an experience. 4. The group had split…”

“I had never been in an air balloon before this, but this experience exceeded every possible expectation. We got SO close to the archeological site and were able to get amazing photos and videos. The takeoff and landing was nice and smooth. Our driver and all the staff were absolutely wonderful too.”

“So so fantastic!! Angel was a wonderful tour guide, he’s friendly and approachable and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone! 10/10, no notes. They are organized and safe and personable. FYI the sun at the ruins is INTENSE. There is not much shade and you can’t bring disposable water bottles in. Make sure you bring enough cold water in reusable bottles!! Bring fans, hats, cooking towels, whatever you’ve got. Someone in our group got heat sickness. Totally not the tour’s fault, they did everything they could’ve. Just be prepared!! TLDR: Tour is wonderful! Sun is hot! BRING REUSABLE WATER BOTTLES!!!”

“This trip was amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide than Abi. He was patient, accommodating & funny. Great energy and great attitude. A few this to note. Bring a metal container for water. They do not all any plastics inside the ruins. Wear comfortable shoes. There is a lot of walking. Overall I would recommend it. Great experience for me & my family.”
