“The guide who came with us was boring (i think his name was Martin). This trip was organized by a company called prime one tours. It took 15 hours overall. Majority of the time spent on the bus. Got hardly total 30 mins for lunch and cenote. Don’t recommend this one”

“It was an amazing time visiting the pyramids. The bus there was new, clean and well maintained. Our guide Diana was upbeat, very knowledgeable and lovely. She walked us through the entire site explaining to us all the history as we walked. You do need to be able to keep up physically and do a lot of steps. It was a very memorable day.”

“Pros: Our driver was so nice and informative. The balloon ride was unforgettable, what an incredible experience!! The ride is so smooth, the staff are professional and experienced. Breakfast was great! We met wonderful people. The tour guide at the ruins, Jesus, was very sweet, knowledgeable, and well-meaning. Cons: We were extremely rushed at the ruins. It appeared to be because the company was incredibly disorganized. This was not the fault of the guide however we missed so much at the ruins and feel it could have been a much better experience. It was a major disappointment.”

“I booked this tour specifically because it advertised both paddleboards and kayaks. I paddleboard, my father kayaks, so this seemed perfect. When I prepaid, I emphasized that we wanted 1 paddleboard and 1 kayak. At check-in, I confirmed it again. During the final tally before heading to the water, I said it again. Only when we actually reached the water was I told there weren’t enough paddleboards. At that point, I was forced into a kayak, which is exactly what I had been trying to avoid. This was never communicated until the very last moment, which was frustrating, especially since others in the group said they would have preferred a…”
