“Tour was good, info before was bad. We were told we would be picked up at 7:50am on the day before we left at 5pm. At 9:10 pm we got a new email saying they would now pick us up at 7am. I didn't see the email till 3am that morning. I had to wake everybody early and get them up. Also they told us one price for the tickets, then changed the price days later and would not accept the prices quoted. Had to run around to find the money for the new price. Keep things consistent!!”

“This is a very well organized tour. The pickup was on time and our guides kept us coordinated and mostly on time. Not an easy task given that we went during one of the busiest times to visit Chichen Itza, with hoards of tourists. Ricardo is a very knowledgeable and engaging tour guide too. His passion for the Mayan culture comes through strong! The only thing I disliked about the tour was how much time we spent at the Mayan community shopping center after lunch. We could’ve shaved 1 hour easily off the trip. Otherwise recommend this tour!”

Also the ride to the eco park from playa del Carmen was long and the bus was hot, small, and crowded. It was unpleasant.”

The Cenote was beautiful and clear water, the empanadas were delicious and the tequila shot with a cricket was a new cultural experience but we did it. Best humored tour guides we ever had. Definitely coming back to do this again.”

“Wow. Everything from the transport to the welcome to the riding and cenote was over the top good. Yes you ride the horses and it is lovely winding through the jungle but there is so much more. You learn about the trees, hear stories, meet animals and try the honey they make on site. The cenote is beautiful and private and so beautiful and you are well looked after with drinks and a snack. A lovely experience.”
