The first 7 zip lines are no joke — a lot of uphill steps and physical effort, so be prepared. On a difficulty scale, we’d give it a solid 7.5 out of 10. “First of all, the staff was what made this experience so wonderful. They were all absolutely the best. The catamaran was beautiful, big and comfortable. The snorkeling was beautiful although very crowded but it is a very special place so that was no surprise. We had a great time on the island thanks to the guide’s recommendations to go to the north beach. The beach club was my least favorite part and I could have done without but we still had a great time. I would do this tour again and will recommend it to anyone who will be traveling to Cancun.”

“It started with our transport driver being late picking us up and taking our picture when we got in the vehicle. This was unsettling because we were 2 single ladies traveling alone. When we arrived at the marina another staff took another picture. Our excursion was scheduled for 10am and were late leaving. It was well after 11am before we left the marina.
