At the first stop, I stayed on the bus briefly to get my child’s medication and was left behind with no indication of where the group went. There was no roll call, and this happened to other guests throughout the day as well. When concerns were raised, the response was dismissive. The tour mostly consisted of being dropped off and told when to return, with little guidance or context, making it feel like a transportation service rather than a guided tour. Overall, an all-day experience with a lot of wasted time and limited value.”

“First of all, the staff was what made this experience so wonderful. They were all absolutely the best. The catamaran was beautiful, big and comfortable. The snorkeling was beautiful although very crowded but it is a very special place so that was no surprise. We had a great time on the island thanks to the guide’s recommendations to go to the north beach. The beach club was my least favorite part and I could have done without but we still had a great time. I would do this tour again and will recommend it to anyone who will be traveling to Cancun.”
