“It was short. They weren't as strict as I thought with carrying the phones and snapping quick photos, especially since they do charge around $200 to a photo package deal. $70 for an individual photo 😳. Tequila tasing is basically two shots. Buffet food is tasty however.”

“Great tour. Good amount of time at each location. Buffet was surprisingly delicious! Centre steps were a little treacherous, but everyone seemed to handle them fine :) Longer day than advertised though. Says 10 hours, but is a full 12 hour day, so be mindful in case of evening plans. Main downside was that cenote entrance isn’t actually covered. You have to pay extra to go in the cenote, though they frame it as a “mandatory life jacket” fee.”

“Xplor Fuego was hands down the best adventure I experienced in Mexico. If you're looking for adrenaline-pumping fun, this is the place to be. Doing the activities at night added an extra level of excitement to the experience. From ziplining over the jungle, water sliding, cave walking, ATV riding, river swimming, and more, there was no shortage of thrills. The buffet offered some delicious food options as well. I would absolutely do this adventure again in a heartbeat. It was an unforgettable experience.”

“I paid $84, but my friend paid $68, seems price dropped. They do not serve food or snacks at the lounge chairs, only drinks, to eat you must sit inside the restaurant. Only one restaurant available. Good service, not too crowded, every activity was extra and pricey. A taxi for a party of 7 to Kuza Beach resort cost $140- $180, depending on who you go with. Towels, snorkeling gear, all must be rented out.”

“The boat ride there, sets it up. You get to this culturally immersive area an hour from port and are greeted by the hosts. Then you prepare for the best show ever. Dancing, acrobatics, and storytelling. Then you are directed to authentic food for dinner and drinks in a super nice setting. Finally a boat ride back to port with entertainment. If you come here to this area in Mexico, you have to make sure you see it, as you wont regret it.”

“Highly recommend this tour, our guide Miguel was very knowledgeable and friendly. He created a great atmosphere and provided us with lots of good information. Our driver Manuel was very good too, kept us safe during the trip. They picked us up from out hotel on time and took us to beautiful places. Due to having so many activities, lunch was a little late, around 4 pm, so make sure you grab a snack at Tulum! I would travel with them again!”

“Let me say that the staff at Kuza was very nice but that's pretty much the only positive for me. Taxi rides to and from the park were very expensive. Pretty much predatory and there is absolutely no mention of that cost when booking the excursion. Just FYI it cost $65 for 2 adults and 3 kids one way. We were told we could negotiate but once they know you have reservations, you're at their mercy. When we arrived at Kuza, we were taken back to the beach and told that our Mexican flavors class was at 9:15am and then another staff member told us 9:30. We arrived around 9:20…”
