“Great destinations, but very poor organization and guiding. At the first stop, I stayed on the bus briefly to get my child’s medication and was left behind with no indication of where the group went. There was no roll call, and this happened to other guests throughout the day as well. When concerns were raised, the response was dismissive. The tour mostly consisted of being dropped off and told when to return, with little guidance or context, making it feel like a transportation service rather than a guided tour. Overall, an all-day experience with a lot of wasted time and limited value.”

“The guide who came with us was boring (i think his name was Martin). This trip was organized by a company called prime one tours. It took 15 hours overall. Majority of the time spent on the bus. Got hardly total 30 mins for lunch and cenote. Don’t recommend this one”

“It was an amazing time visiting the pyramids. The bus there was new, clean and well maintained. Our guide Diana was upbeat, very knowledgeable and lovely. She walked us through the entire site explaining to us all the history as we walked. You do need to be able to keep up physically and do a lot of steps. It was a very memorable day.”

“I loved this tour!! Our guide Antonio was very informative and the tour was great! He really knows his stuff! He guides you and also gives you free time in between each section. I recommend this tour to everyone! The other guide Herson was awsome too! Super funny guy! They took us to try pulque and tequila which was awsome and the place we stopped for lunch was super yummy! Would rate this tour with them a 10/10!”

On the way back it was a total disaster....lack of communication, not even an attempt for flexibility given an ask ahead of time.
