“You need to know what you’re getting into with this tour. It’s an ‘eco park’ location which means crowds, and upsellls everywhere. That said the zip lining and atv and cenote swims were all fun. Also the ride to the eco park from playa del Carmen was long and the bus was hot, small, and crowded. It was unpleasant.”

“Wow. Everything from the transport to the welcome to the riding and cenote was over the top good. Yes you ride the horses and it is lovely winding through the jungle but there is so much more. You learn about the trees, hear stories, meet animals and try the honey they make on site. The cenote is beautiful and private and so beautiful and you are well looked after with drinks and a snack. The guides Carlos and Alexandra made the tour so much more entertaining and were so knowledgeable about the history of their home. We visited a mayan village and they were all so inviting, it gave us an insight into daily life in the area. And the Cenote we swam in nestled deep in the forest, amazing.”

The tour visits places that would be too "intimidating" for a tourist to visit (because of language barrier/local vibe.) But they were all clean and welcoming and the food was outstanding. Would recommend this tour to people who enjoy food and a little bit of local history. “We got so lucky! Nature CANNOT be controlled, but wow, Mother Nature showed up for us. According to the captain there were 20-30 whales that day. And we had an incredible experience. We had 2 dives of over 2 minutes each, and that was perfect. We rented wet suits that allowed us to swim better (highly recommend, since the whales can move quick). “That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator.
