“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

“This experience was an overall disaster due to the unprofessionalism of those at the ATV tour... we were a group of 10, all waiting to be boarded and they said anyone who was PRE-diabetic could not ride... even though our family member had medical clearance from a week before that they were healthy to go on the trip and participate in the excursions we took. Their rules were NOWHERE on the website or WARNINGS posted, they pulled this last minute and were not even willing to listen when we said we had a bag prepared with medication in case of an emergency.
