After trying to contact them and GYG for 45 minutes, tour provider and GYG solved the issue and agreed to take us at 10 am, 1 hour later than usual. “The actual snorkel part was great with the tour guides - the transportation was a mess - the bus was late 15 minutes picking up and over 45-60 minutes to get brought back to the hotel zone. Overall we were gone from 8:15am until 3:30pm when the experience was supposed to be significantly less time. If you have a whole day to waste then this is worth it. Don’t count on them being on time.”

“Worst experience I ever had with any activity. only my daughter did activity. They took many bookings for same time. Only one person was there who was doing everything including sea trek. Booking time of 1 PM, activity was done at 3PM that too for short time 10 mins. Not proper safety. I didn't do the activity as operator was not able to do at proper time.
