“We had Adolfo for our guide yesterday - he was funny, kind, and respectful of what everyone wanted to do! We had so much fun all day. Definitely buy water shoes ahead of time and bring a waterproof camera or phone case to take your own photos! No need for sunscreen under the tree cover, in fact, you have to wash it off at the start of the day so as to not pollute the cenote water that the locals drink from. No bugs bothered us. We stayed in our swimsuits all day and left our clothes on the bus, which we had access to frequently. The lunch was filling…”

“I loved that the staff were very communicative and they were able to accommodate plan changes mid way our trip. The only issue I had is that I needed an accessible van and they weren’t able to accommodate that. We ended up having to fold down her wheelchair and carry my daughter on my lap. Other than that, the trip itself was nice and I like that the staff takes care of all the reservations.”
