“I booked with Viator as I thought they would stand behind their service but it was NOT a good day. We were told two different start times and went with the earlier time just in case. I thought we were booking one boat but we got a different boat. We were told our captain’s name but then had a different captain. We fished all day and caught nothing but a few Bonita as we left the harbor. Everyone around us was catching fish but not us. This is our fifth time fishing in Cabo and never been skunked before. There was also a misunderstanding due to the way their description…”

The package does not include transportation however, the amazing Viator team was able to set everything up at my request. I did not read the fine print until the day of the trip (my over-site) but they do offer packages to include decorations, food etc.”

“So sorry, but the boat was not sea-worthy. The engine stopped running a couple of times and the captain asked us what we thought was wrong, and how to fix it. Was pretty scary considering the size of the waves compared to the poor condition of the boat. Can't blame people for trying to make a living, but they also need to be responsible about how they go about things.... we could have died!”

“The fishing trip was an awesome time! We met Dani and Chuy at the dock on time. We caught fish within a half hour. It was a great morning catching Barracuda and 1 Mackeral. The guys were very friendly and made sure we were happy! I would highly recommend this trip.”

Snorkeling near a quiet reef with no other boats around was incredible, and our guide Juan pointed out so many fish and even a stingray. He also walked me through how to bait the hook during the fishing portion, which was fun to learn. Theo, our captain, kept everything smooth and relaxed from start to finish. The water in Isla Mujeres is bluer than any pool I’ve ever seen, and with calm seas and sunny skies, it was the perfect day. Highly recommend!”

“Good trip, captain was on point and the 2 hands worked hard the whole time...only negative we did not get food as promised. We ask when we first arrived and was told we would eat when we got back but when we did they said they had no more pizza so nothing to offer and the last free shuttle was leaving In 10 min so got nothing ut attitude from management, Great workers poor management”

When we got back we had the restaurant cook up the fish three different ways with all the fixings. Never have eaten barracuda before and it was awesome. Thanks again and great time with friends.”

“Unfortunately, the seas were too rough for us to go fishing. They were very gracious to explain that we could either try just reef fishing but told us we would likely see very little action. They refunded our trip completely and let us hang out at their waterfront place with beach chairs and access to drinks and food. Extremely accommodating staff! When we were ready to head back to the ship, Alex called us a cab and waited with us until it arrived. I wish we could have made the trip but the weather was not good and red flags also. If we’re ever back here, we would certainly try…”

“Captain Fidel and Crew member, Alex, did a phenomenal job! My family and myself had a great experience on the ocean and were fortunate to have hooked onto some nice fish. We caught a 95" (2.41 m) blue marlin, bonito, and a couple mahi. It was a very memorable trip that definitely has me wanting to do it again, it could not have gotten much better. I would recommend a trip like this to anyone that wants to experience fishing the ocean for themselves!”

“Just got off and had a good time! Husband went snorkeling and loved it. Kids and I stayed on boat but loved the beautiful blue water, coral and fish- we could see everything. Fishing was disappointing. My kids enjoy fishing and it’s not the typical “fishing” we are use to - there was no control and not mich to do- which I loved but the kids love the thrill of “doing it.” Guacamole was awesome. Drinks were ok- bring your own as no beer and little variety.”
